• Job Description:
  • Design, architect, and develop Salesforce applications using Sales Cloud and Force.com.
  • Lead and manage workstreams for large-scale enterprise Salesforce implementations.
  • Act as both functional and technical architect for end-to-end Salesforce deployments.
  • Design and implement integrations using SOAP and REST web services.
  • Work with XML and JSON for data exchange and system integrations.
  • Develop and debug custom Salesforce components including Apex Controllers, Apex Web Services, Apex Callouts, and Outbound Messaging.
  • Build and enhance applications in the Salesforce Lightning environment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Product COE and Product Development.
  • Act as an end-to-end implementation consultant using Agile and Design Thinking methodologies.
  • Support pre-sales activities by acting as a Salesforce SME and configuring client demos.
  • Troubleshoot complex issues and provide optimized, scalable solutions.
  • Ensure adherence to SDLC standards and Salesforce best practices.
  • Mentor team members and contribute as a strong team player.
