  We are seeking a Test Automation Engineer with 4+ years of experience to join our development team in Chennai. The role involves ensuring high-quality, adaptable software solutions by designing and implementing automated tests, leading offshore teams, and collaborating closely with business and development teams to meet current and future requirements.

  Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Development Pod and business teams to ensure the technology stack is fully tested.

  • Promote and deliver high-quality, fast, and flexible software solutions while reducing total cost of ownership.

  • Design, implement, and maintain test automation frameworks.

  • Conduct API and integration testing, as well as performance and load testing.

  • Lead and mentor offshore testing teams.

  • Collaborate with team members to create a positive, productive, and motivating work environment.

  • Integrate automated tests with CI/CD pipelines (preferred).

  Key Skills:

  Primary Skills (Must Have):

  • Test Automation Frameworks (Selenium or similar)

  • Programming/Scripting in Python or C#

  • API and Integration Testing

  • Performance and Load Testing

  • Experience in leading offshore teams

  Secondary Skills (Good to Have):

  • CI/CD integration and automated test pipelines
