- Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and resolve client issues via calls and emails.
- Record and document client interactions, issues, and resolutions as per company standards.
- Troubleshoot problems effectively by guiding clients through step-by-step solutions.
- Maintain high quality standards and ensure all issues are resolved within SLA limits.
- Escalate critical or unresolved issues to team leaders when necessary.
- Use internal knowledge bases and FAQs to assist clients efficiently.
- Ensure all product disclosures and information are shared correctly with clients.
- Contribute to self-help documentation to improve response time and client satisfaction.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product changes and process updates.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
