Responsibilities:- Experience in providing Level 1/2 application support (complex workflow)
- Clear communication style and ability to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders both orally and written in excellent English.
- Experience/knowledge of ServiceNow basics (Incident management)
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and Ppt
- Must have IT background
- Should NOT be from Hardware(Desktop/laptop), Networking or floor support type of role.

- Minimum Qualifications
- A Bachelor%27s university degree with demonstrated high academic achievement.
- Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
- Handling VIP user query/issue on shared mailbox or ServiceNow tool (planned) and providing on-time resolution.
- Setting up access for new users.
- Testing few scenarios on lower env. of application (Dev/Sandbox/Training)
- Coordinating between key stakeholders, Development(L3) and other support team.
