Job Description

• Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and execute consulting engagements independently with minimal supervision.
  • Understand client business challenges and design tailored consulting solutions.
  • Manage consulting projects, coordinate consultant teams, and ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to generate repeat business and new opportunities.
  • Lead proposal development, RFP/RFI responses, and support business development efforts.
  • Conduct market research, identify emerging industry trends, and contribute to thought leadership.
  • Develop white papers, case studies, and reusable consulting assets to enhance practice capabilities.
  • Mentor and coach junior consultants to strengthen delivery and consulting skills.
  • Collaborate across Wipro teams to drive integration, innovation, and growth.
  • Ensure timely completion of all project documentation, reports, and administrative tasks.
  • Contribute to knowledge management and internal process improvement initiatives.
  • Drive transformation engagements that deliver measurable business impact for clients.
  • Participate in continuous learning to enhance consulting, technical, and industry expertise.
