Job Description

• Role Overview:
  • We are seeking a skilled Java Developer with solid experience in designing and developing enterprise-grade applications, particularly within the financial domain. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Core Java , multi threading , data structures , algorithms , and relational databases . Prior experience working on sales and trading platforms in investment banking or capital markets is highly desirable.
  Location: Bangalore /Pune
  Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, low-latency, client-facing applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver solutions that meet business requirements.
  • Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code using Core Java and associated technologies.
  • Optimize application performance for high-volume data and concurrent user access.
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, and documentation.
  Required Skills:
  • Strong hands-on experience with Core Java (5.0 and above) .
  • Solid understanding of data structures , algorithms , multi threading , and collections .
  • Proven experience in enterprise-scale n-tier application development , preferably in the financial domain .
  • Good knowledge of RDBMS , preferably Sybase .
  • Working knowledge of Unix/Linux environments.
  • Experience in developing high-volume, multi-threaded server-side applications .
  • Prior exposure to sales and trading platforms or investment banking/capital markets .
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts effectively.
