  • We are looking for a dynamic leader to own products that make Amazon Flex the most trusted platform for customers and delivery partners world-wide. This is a highly strategic role, where you will get to both build features from the ground up, as well as augment existing features to improve transparency and increase fairness across the delivery lifecycle.
  • As the leader for this domain, you will set long-term strategy and vision, collaborate with multiple cross functional stakeholders, develop scalable mechanism to expand our products world-wide and deliver products and solutions that delight our Delivery Partners and Delivery Associates.
  • The right candidate will possess a well-rounded product background and a track record on defining and launching large products / programs. You must be able to thrive and succeed in an entrepreneurial environment, and not be hindered by ambiguity or competing priorities. This means you are not only able to develop and drive high-level strategic initiatives, but can also roll up your sleeves, dig in and get the job done. You will be able to support your team in anticipating bottlenecks, providing escalation management, anticipating and making tradeoffs, and balancing the business needs versus technical constraints. Maturity, high judgment, negotiation skills, ability to influence, analytical talent and leadership are essential to success in this role.
