- Lead and influence cross-functional stakeholder teams to drive alignment and execution
- Act as a strong communicator (verbal and written) to clearly explain complex problems and solutions
- Identify customer and brand experience improvement opportunities and convert them into product initiatives
- Define and own product vision, strategy, and roadmaps for large, complex business initiatives
- Apply customer obsession (CX), data-driven insights, and sound technical judgment in decision-making
- Understand core technologies in the product domain and apply them to innovate, improve, and simplify solutions
- Identify gaps and opportunities across features, regions, and system architectures to meet customer needs
- Partner closely with engineering teams to make trade-offs, remove blockers, and deliver high-quality products
- Advocate for product investments, influencing leadership to allocate resources effectively
- Track execution using clear metrics and mechanisms and regularly report progress and results
- Collaborate with senior leaders across multiple organizations to drive shared business priorities
- Mentor and guide Product Managers and Program Managers, maintaining high standards of product and technical excellence
- Communicate product innovations and outcomes to internal and external stakeholders
