Job Description

• • Lead and influence cross-functional stakeholder teams to drive alignment and execution
  • Act as a strong communicator (verbal and written) to clearly explain complex problems and solutions
  • Identify customer and brand experience improvement opportunities and convert them into product initiatives
  • Define and own product vision, strategy, and roadmaps for large, complex business initiatives
  • Apply customer obsession (CX), data-driven insights, and sound technical judgment in decision-making
  • Understand core technologies in the product domain and apply them to innovate, improve, and simplify solutions
  • Identify gaps and opportunities across features, regions, and system architectures to meet customer needs
  • Partner closely with engineering teams to make trade-offs, remove blockers, and deliver high-quality products
  • Advocate for product investments, influencing leadership to allocate resources effectively
  • Track execution using clear metrics and mechanisms and regularly report progress and results
  • Collaborate with senior leaders across multiple organizations to drive shared business priorities
  • Mentor and guide Product Managers and Program Managers, maintaining high standards of product and technical excellence
  • Communicate product innovations and outcomes to internal and external stakeholders
