Job Description

• • Should have 8 years of hands on experience in end to end Salesforce implementation of Experience Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, LWC Development, etc
  • Strong Air Cargo domain knowledge needed
  • Extraordinary skills needed to listen to the end users demands and translate that to requirement/user stories.
  • Should be able to translate business requirements to a language understandable by technical team members.
  • Should have experience in Native & Customized reports.
  • Should know the functionality end to end and be capable to train the end-users as needed.
  • Should be able to prepare test cases along with the PO and Tester.
  • Should also be experienced in preparing Release notes and other relevant documents in sync with the Product Owner.
  • Should work more closely with the Product Owner and support the PO as needed.
  • Hands on knowledge of Digital experience platforms will be a key advantage
