  • We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Automation Tester with deep expertise in Copado and Salesforce testing frameworks to lead our QA automation efforts.
  •  This role demands a strategic thinker who can architect scalable test automation solutions, mentor junior testers, and drive quality across Salesforce releases in a fast-paced Agile environment.
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, metadata, Apex, Lightning, and APIs.
  • Experience with Git, branching strategies, and version control best practices.
  • Proven track record of implementing CI/CD pipelines and automated testing in Salesforce environments.
  • Ability to lead and influence QA strategy across teams.
  • Lead the design and implementation of robust test automation frameworks for Salesforce applications.
  • Architect and optimize Copado CI/CD pipelines to integrate automated testing seamlessly.
  • Define and enforce QA best practices, standards, and strategies across teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, release managers, and business analysts to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Conduct code reviews, mentor junior QA engineers, and provide technical guidance.
  • Analyse test results, identify root causes of issues, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Manage test environments, data, and configurations to support automated and manual testing.
  • Stay current with Salesforce platform updates and Copado enhancements to ensure compatibility and leverage new features.
