  • Responsibilities
    • Identify and design effective solutions for problems within assigned components
    • Innovate to automate and improve routine processes and manual workflows
    • Develop, test, and deploy scalable solutions to enhance customer experience
    • Analyze events, logs, and telemetry data from multiple sources to diagnose and resolve issues
    • Collaborate with team members to leverage and extend existing services and platforms
    • Build and maintain full stack applications using Microsoft and cloud technologies
    • Contribute to agile development practices and continuous improvement
    • Partner with stakeholders, peers, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality SaaS solutions
    • Support large-scale, 24x7 business applications running on cloud infrastructure
