  • Roles and Responsibilities

    • Serve as the first point of contact for user issues via SysAid and email.

    • Perform L1 troubleshooting and resolve incidents using SOPs.

    • Log, assign, and track tickets accurately in the ticketing system.

    • Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate support teams while maintaining ownership.

    • Ensure SLA compliance by resolving or routing issues within the required time.
