Job Description

• Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop, configure, and customize applications on the ServiceNow platform

  • Modify and enhance User Interface (UI) using forms, lists, menus, client scripts, and UI policies

  • Create and optimize Workflows, Business Rules, Script Includes, and Scheduled Jobs

  • Build automation using Flow Designer and IntegrationHub (when applicable)

  • Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and Web Services

  • Work on ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM

  • Perform unit testing, debugging, issue fixing, and improve application performance

  • Prepare technical documentation for deployments and platform solutions

  • Collaborate with business teams, stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional IT groups

  • Support production issues, resolve defects, and implement enhancements

  • Follow ITIL best practices in development and service delivery

  • Participate in Agile sprint cycles, requirement analysis, and solution design
