Job Description

• Roles and Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with developers, product owners, and process owners to meet business requirements.

  • Configure, customize, and maintain ServiceNow HRSD modules (workflows, business rules, scripting).

  • Design, implement, and maintain system integrations (e.g., ServiceNow with Workday).

  • Lead enhancements to the HRSD service catalog and portal.

  • Provide technical expertise for configuration, testing, and deployment of changes.

  • Validate functionality and performance of new development projects.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in the HRSD lifecycle.

  • Apply stakeholder and change management principles throughout project delivery.
