• Job Description:

  We are seeking a DevOps Engineer experienced in Hybrid Cloud Platforms to build, improve, and deliver multi-tenant application platforms based on RedHat OpenShift. You will work with a team responsible for developing and maintaining microservices in Go, managing portals built with React, Carbon, and Node.js, and ensuring smooth, secure, and compliant platform operations. Collaboration with product owners and cross-functional teams will be key to scaling and enhancing the platform for internal and external users.

  Responsibilities:

  • Build, improve, and deliver multi-tenant application platforms using RedHat OpenShift.

  • Develop and maintain microservices in Go.

  • Manage and enhance user-facing portals using React, Carbon, and Node.js.

  • Assist developers in debugging application build, deployment, and connectivity issues.

  • Participate in software development lifecycle (SDLC), including infrastructure design, execution, and debugging for integrated solutions.

  • Automate OS and application deployments (servers, configurations, and application code).

  • Apply Agile methodologies and best practices such as SCRUM, Extreme Programming (XP), and Test-Driven Development (TDD).

  • Contribute to a dynamic, collaborative work environment, bringing creative and thoughtful solutions to complex problems.

  Required Technical Expertise:

  • 3?6 years of experience with OpenShift or Kubernetes.

  • Hands-on experience in building, managing, or deploying multi-tenant platforms using RedHat OpenShift, Kubernetes, or similar technologies.

  • Programming skills in Go and familiarity with developing and maintaining microservices.

  • Exposure to front-end development (React, Carbon, Node.js) is a plus.

  Preferred Technical Experience:

  • Experience transforming monolithic application architectures to microservices in Go.

  • Experience using modern collaboration tools in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong planning, organizational, and time-management skills, with the ability to handle urgent deadlines and changing requirements.

  • Passion for creative solutions to meet user needs and solve business problems.

  • Cloud experience (IBM Cloud or other cloud platforms) with willingness to deepen knowledge.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with product owners, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders.

  • Awareness of security best practices and compliance standards.

  • Strong problem-solving aptitude, with willingness to develop analytical and troubleshooting skills in a multi-tenant environment.
