    • Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for business applications.

    • Monitor application performance and system availability.

    • Analyze logs and troubleshoot application issues.

    • Handle incident, problem, and service request tickets.

    • Communicate with users to understand and resolve issues.

    • Coordinate with development teams for bug fixes.

    • Perform root cause analysis for recurring problems.

    • Ensure SLA compliance and timely resolution.

    • Maintain support documentation and knowledge base.

    • Support application deployments and production releases.
