• Key Responsibilities

  • Create and implement code for products, services, or features, leveraging existing code where applicable.

  • Collaborate with architects to build or modify product/solution features, offering feedback when needed.
  • Contribute to design documents supporting user stories and product requirements with oversight.
  • Refine product features by escalating key findings and analytical insights to aid engineering decisions.
  • Build foundational platform capabilities through reusable components that accelerate innovation and development velocity.
  • Engage with customers and internal product teams to gather feedback and demand signals, ensuring customer needs influence product evolution.
  • Drive operational excellence by leading management and operation of large-scale distributed systems aligned to strict SLAs.
  • Lead root-cause analyses (RCAs) for major live-site incidents, identify systemic issues, and define improvements to enhance reliability and performance.
