Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    • Develop and configure software systems end-to-end or for specific stages of the product lifecycle.
    • Collaborate with teams to ensure software meets client requirements and aligns with best practices.
    • Analyze and optimize software performance, applying knowledge of technologies, methodologies, and tools.
    • Provide solutions to problems affecting multiple teams, acting as a Subject Matter Expert.
    • Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key technical and strategic decisions.
    • Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders.
    • Mentor junior professionals to enhance their technical and soft skills.
    • Oversee implementation of solutions that enhance product functionality and efficiency.
    • Apply expertise in multiple Siemens applications (Teamcenter, Opcenter, Capital, Tecnomatix, NX) for integration and capability development.
    • Manage software configuration, integration, and performance optimization tasks.
