  To design, develop, test, and troubleshoot models, simulations, and engineering solutions using CAD/CAE and other relevant software as per client or project requirements. The role also includes customer support, documentation, and quality reporting responsibilities.

  Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design & Development

  • Develop models and simulations using CAD/CAE tools based on client specifications.

  • Perform stress analysis, impact analysis, and other boundary condition testing.

  • Create prototypes and outline CAD models as per engineering drawings.

  • Execute Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) for new design requirements.

  • Optimize solutions using simulation in virtual environments.

  • Continuously improve applications by identifying opportunities and implementing upgrades.

  • Follow industry-standard operating procedures and ensure compliance.

  2. Customer Support & Problem Solving

  • Handle defect fixing, debugging, and ticket resolution raised by clients or internal QA teams.

  • Develop and execute software verification and quality assurance procedures.

  • Troubleshoot and upgrade existing systems to improve efficiency and reduce latency.

  • Gather and analyze user feedback to enhance customer satisfaction.

  • Ensure timely deployments and adhere to project deadlines.

  3. Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain weekly/monthly status reports and timesheets for client review.

  • Document design changes, feedback, optimizations, and project history.

  • Maintain a central repository for knowledge transfer and audit readiness.
