Job Description

• Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate closely with internal business units and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver efficient, high-quality solutions. 
  • Write clean, robust, and performance-oriented code with strong focus on simplicity, scalability, security, durability, and maintainability.
  •  Independently design, develop, and ship products, services, or features while ensuring code reusability and adherence to quality standards. 
  • Contribute to architecture and design decisions, apply effective debugging and analysis techniques to identify root causes, and implement permanent solutions.
  •  Develop and execute comprehensive testing strategies including unit, functional, and end-to-end testing using industry-standard tools and frameworks. 
  • Demonstrate flexibility by quickly learning new programming languages or technology stacks as required by projects. 
  • Take ownership of service operations by resolving real-time issues to improve service reliability and customer satisfaction. 
  • Actively foster a diverse and inclusive culture by embodying Microsoft?s values and ensuring all voices are heard while delivering impactful engineering outcomes.
