Job Description

• Responsibilities
  • Gather and analyze customer and partner insights to shape solution definition and project execution
  • Understand customer industry trends and IT environments to guide solution design
  • Collaborate with customer stakeholders and business sponsors to validate and refine business solutions
  • Act as customer advocate and share feedback with product engineering teams
  • Design and document solution architecture using established methodologies and reference architectures
  • Create and maintain architecture documents decision logs and requirements traceability
  • Explain architecture value proposition including cost build deployment and operations
  • Lead cost based and technology based discussions focused on business value and ROI
  • Collaborate with project managers to govern design build and deployment of solutions
  • Drive proof of concepts pilots and production deployments
  • Gather validate and manage requirements and constraints resolving ambiguity where possible
  • Define and execute test plans ensuring requirements are met and documented
  • Build realistically costed solution approaches balancing risk innovation and credibility
  • Oversee solution delivery quality standards and transition to live operations
  • Identify and mitigate technical and business risks with contingency planning
  • Coordinate internal teams and subject matter experts to resolve blockers
  • Generate and reuse intellectual property across presales and delivery
  • Participate in internal and external technical communities and knowledge sharing
  • Act as trusted advisor challenging assumptions and guiding optimal decisions
  • Understand competitor solutions and position Microsoft offerings by business value
  • Provide thought leadership through mentoring presentations events and community engagement
