Specialist - Cloud Engineering
Job Description
- Key Responsibilities
- Deploy configure and manage Google Cloud services Compute Engine Cloud Storage Cloud SQL GKE IAM VPC etc
- Monitor system performance and ensure high availability scalability and security
- Implement and manage IAM roles and permissions to enforce security best practices
- Automate cloud operations using Terraform or Python scripts
- Set up and manage CICD pipelines for cloudbased applications.
- Troubleshoot network storage and compute issues in GCP.
- Manage logging and monitoring using Prometheus or similar tools.
- Work with security best practices such as encryption firewalls and compliance policies.
- Collaborate with development and DevOps teams for cloud optimization.
- Handle cost optimization by analyzing resource utilization
Required Skills Qualifications- 3 to 5 years of experience in managing GCP environments
- Handson experience with Compute Engine Cloud Storage Cloud SQL IAM VPC Kubernetes GKE and Cloud Functions
- Experience with Terraform or Infrastructure as Code IaC
- Strong knowledge of Linux administration and basic networking.
