Job Description

  • Roles and Responsibilities:
    • Conduct weekly cadence calls with Finance leadership (CFO, Financial Controller, Manager ? Financial Systems) to review and prioritize BT issue cards.
    • Participate in MWF cadence calls with DBA team for database-related discussions and issue resolution.
    • Attend and contribute to D365 SCM / Operations cadence calls for cross-functional alignment.
    • Manage the Data Management module (Out-of-the-Box) in D365 Finance & SCM.
    • Create and maintain Import/Export projects, including data filtration, entity mapping, and role-based assignments.
    • Manage ADM (Add-on Data Management) functions and participate in ADM upgrades and enhancements.
    • Create and monitor Batch Jobs, templates, and Template Monitoring.
    • Oversee end-to-end data import/export monitoring and mapping of data tables per new business requirements.
    • Handle Purchase Order management, including integrations and enhancement requests.
    • Manage and enhance workflow configurations, confirmations, and email notifications.
    • Provide Electronic Reporting (ER) training and implement enhancements.
    • Perform Security Administration, including creation of custom roles and resolving legacy role issues.
    • Coordinate with Financial Controllers on approval workflows, role assignments for new hires, and user modifications.
    • Manage Segregation of Duties (SoD) and compliance requirements.
    • Perform System Administration, including creation of new legal entities and configuration setups.
    • Manage integrations and Financial Cube to ensure accurate and timely data flow.
    • Support PwC audit requirements, including fact vouchers, AP invoice (Book-to-Pay) data, and security audit evidence.
    • Assist with system architecture and reporting, including identifying table schemas for reporting teams.
    • Ensure seamless data flow from D365 to Azure Data Warehouse for enterprise reporting.
    • Develop User Desktop Instructions (UDI) and conduct training for Finance and SCM users.
    • Support development of critical Finance and SCM reports such as Inventory Clearing and GR/IR.
    • Manage email and alert configurations for PO confirmations and batch job status.
    • Handle database-level data management responsibilities.
    • Monitor and troubleshoot GL Error Handling applications related to Products, POs, Receipts, Invoices, Journals, and Financial Dimensions.
    • Coordinate with Microsoft support for resolution of system bugs and process-related issues.
