  Role & responsibilities 

  • Design and implement RPA-based automation solutions using platforms such as Automation Anywhere, UIPath, BluePrism, and Microsoft Power Automate.
  • Develop self-healing systems leveraging scripting languages like Python and automation tools like RPA tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and drive operational efficiency.
  • Architect scalable automation frameworks and ensure integration with existing IT infrastructure.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance on automation best practices and emerging technologies.
  • Ensure compliance with security and governance standards in automation implementations.
  • Ensure to develop a proposal by owning parts of the proposal document and by giving inputs in solution design based on areas of expertise. POC/Proof of Technology workshops and prepare effort estimates which suit the customer budgetary requirements and are in line with organization's financial guidelines. Actively lead projects and contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives with an objective of providing high quality value adding solutions to customer
