Job Description
- We are seeking a Sr. Software Engineer with 6 to 10 years of experience to join our dynamic team.
- The ideal candidate will have expertise in Openshift Microservices Spring Boot Java and SQL with a strong background in the Cards & Payments domain.
- This hybrid role offers the flexibility of working both remotely and on-site with no travel required.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions using Java Spring Boot and Microservices.
- Design and implement scalable and secure applications on Openshift Cloud Platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design and ship new features.
- Ensure the performance quality and responsiveness of applications.
- Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Participate in the entire software development lifecycle from concept and design to testing and deployment.
- Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Implement best practices for software development and ensure adherence to coding standards.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
- Develop and maintain documentation for software design and implementation.
- Ensure compliance with security and data protection standards.
