- Your Role
- As an FEA Structural Analyst, you will be responsible for performing finite element modeling and analysis of aircraft structures.
- You'll work with advanced simulation tools to evaluate structural integrity under various loading conditions and contribute to design optimization.
In this role, you will:- Perform 1D, 2D, and 3D modeling using Hypermesh.
- Conduct linear, non-linear (primary), and thermal analysis.
- Apply hand calculations for structural validation.
- Analyze primary and secondary aircraft structures using FEA techniques.
- Utilize ISAMI for structural sizing and certification.
- Work with simulation tools such as Nastran and Abaqus.
- Collaborate with design teams to propose engineering solutions.
Your Profile- 4-6 years of experience in FEA and structural analysis.
- Proficient in ISAMI, Patran, Hypermesh, Nastran, Abaqus, CATIA, Excel.
- Familiarity with scripting tools like Python and tcl/tk.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
