• Job Description

  • The Project Manager will be responsible for managing projects following Agile methodologies. 
  • This role involves overseeing project deliverables, coordinating with cross functional teams, and ensuring the successful implementation of projects. 
  • The Project Manager will also act as a Scrum Master, facilitating Agile ceremonies and ensuring the team follows Agile practices and principles. 
  • Lead and manage project teams in the successful execution of projects using agile methodologies.
  • Act as a scrum master, facilitate agile ceremonies such as daily standups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
  • Implement change management processes to address any scope changes or project deviations.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and agile best practices within the project team.
  • Report project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders and senior management
