- Lead the planning, execution, and launch of a new Pantry Fulfillment Center (FC) and ramp up operations to the required processing capacity
- Independently manage end-to-end daily operations of a 3P-operated Pantry FC, covering Inbound, Outbound, and ICQA functions
- Own and deliver customer-facing metrics while controlling operational costs and meeting site-level targets
- Ensure a safe working environment, while maintaining high morale and engagement of the 3P workforce
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and a strong partner experience
- Monitor overall site health through regular 4M, 5S, and inventory audits
- Drive operational excellence by identifying gaps and implementing corrective actions
