• Job Description
  • Evaluate, contextualize, and synthesize complex concepts and information to deliver content as AI-ready data.
  • Develop the right type of content at the right for the right user. This might includeonline product help, user guides, API/SDK/CLI/Terraform reference docs, multimedia content.
  • Work closely with marketing, design, development, and product management to contribute high-quality content in support of effective IBM Cloud user experiences.

  • As a technical content professional, you will approach and own the design, development, and maintenance of content as AI-ready data. This involves incorporating AI into the content development workflow from end to end, for example, from content generation to fine-tuning and data analysis.
  Technical And Professional Expertise
  1. Excellent writing and research skills
  2. Ability to apply progressive disclosure
  3. Ability to develop topic-based, persona-driven content
  4. Knowledgeof markup languages, such as DITA or XML, or in Markdown
  5. Knowledge ofAgile or continuous delivery development environment
  6. Knowledge of version control or CMS systems, or Git
  7. Ability to work independently while maintaining an extremely strong sense of responsibility and commitment to teamwork
  8. English: Fluent
