Job Description

• Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance cross-platform mobile applications using Ionic and React frameworks.
  • Participate in and lead digital transformation projects, ensuring timely delivery with high-quality standards.
  • Collaborate closely with product owners, designers, and backend teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Provide technical leadership to the development team, guiding members through best practices, coding standards, and architectural decisions.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision while ensuring smooth communication across teams and stakeholders.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance to ensure seamless user experiences.
  • Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines, working with Docker, Kubernetes, and automation tools where applicable.
  • Contribute to Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Conduct research on emerging technologies, tools, and frameworks to drive continuous improvement.
  • Ensure application scalability, maintainability, and adherence to security standards.
  • Collaborate in code reviews and perform unit/integration testing to maintain high-quality code.
  • Support deployment activities and monitor application performance in production environments.
