  • Responsibilities:
    • Own, investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve customer technical issues by collaborating across internal teams and using advanced troubleshooting tools and practices.
    •  Build technical and professional readiness through continuous learning, training, and participation in peer knowledge-sharing communities to improve issue resolution efficiency.
    •  Develop deep technical proficiency to deliver high-quality customer support experiences while preventing future issues. Identify, analyze, and escalate potential product defects to engineering teams, contributing to continuous product and process improvements. 
    • Communicate effectively with customer stakeholders, including managers and executives, on technical and business-impacting issues while ensuring timely resolution. 
    • Support enterprise-level customers in cloud and security environments by applying strong system, network, and cybersecurity fundamentals to enhance service reliability, customer trust, and overall satisfaction.
