- Responsibilities
- Own, investigate, and resolve customer technical issues end to end
- Troubleshoot issues related to Remote Desktop Services and virtual desktop environments
- Support and manage VMware and Citrix based environments
- Configure and manage printing services and user profiles
- Handle application installation, configuration, and management
- Use tools such as WMI, PowerShell, and DCOM for diagnostics and resolution
- Support Windows Virtual Desktop and FSLogix configurations
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Identify potential product defects and escalate for resolution
- Contribute to product and process improvements through feedback
- Build technical expertise through continuous learning and readiness programs
- Share knowledge and best practices with peers and support communities
