    • Responsibilities
    • Own, investigate, and resolve customer technical issues end to end
    • Troubleshoot issues related to Remote Desktop Services and virtual desktop environments
    • Support and manage VMware and Citrix based environments
    • Configure and manage printing services and user profiles
    • Handle application installation, configuration, and management
    • Use tools such as WMI, PowerShell, and DCOM for diagnostics and resolution
    • Support Windows Virtual Desktop and FSLogix configurations
    • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
    • Identify potential product defects and escalate for resolution
    • Contribute to product and process improvements through feedback
    • Build technical expertise through continuous learning and readiness programs
    • Share knowledge and best practices with peers and support communities
