  • Key Responsibilities
    • Participate in project planning by identifying risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies aligned with customer business objectives
    • Design and implement technical solutions in collaboration with customers and partners to support business transformation
    • Engage with customers, partners, and stakeholders to build strong relationships and improve overall customer experience
    • Support pre-sales activities by providing technical expertise and contributing to project scoping and solution design
    • Stay updated with Microsoft technologies, industry trends, and best practices and share knowledge within teams
    • Ensure operational excellence by following Microsoft policies, compliance standards, and readiness requirements
    • Contribute feedback to improve intellectual property, tools, methodologies, and delivery frameworks
