Job Description

• Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Perform end-to-end functional testing across SAP and Non-SAP applications.
  • Validate complete business process coverage across multiple modules and integrated systems.
  • Execute functional test cases ensuring quality, accuracy, and compliance with business requirements.
  • Review and analyze existing test cases, identify relevant ones, and update or remove outdated scripts.
  • Create new test cases to cover gaps and ensure full coverage of business processes.
  • Prioritize test scenarios based on business impact, risks, and dependencies.
  • Execute test cases on SAP platforms such as SAPGUI, FIORI, S/4 HANA, SAP CP (preferred).
  • Prepare detailed business process documentation and step-by-step test execution notes.
  • Provide clear and structured reports on test progress, defect status, and coverage metrics.
  • Maintain documentation for audits, compliance activities, and knowledge sharing.
  • Work closely with business analysts, developers, consultants, and stakeholders to understand requirements.
  • Participate in reviews, walkthroughs, and discussions to ensure smooth testing alignment.
  • Support UAT or Business Testing teams when required.
  • Identify, log, track, and validate defects across SAP and Non-SAP systems.
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure timely closure of issues.
  • Retest and verify fixes to maintain system stability.
  • Apply QA methodologies, STLC principles, and best practices throughout the testing lifecycle.
  • Implement risk-based testing to focus on high-impact modules and critical business processes.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and testing guidelines.
  • Work with test management tools like qTest, Jira, ALM.
  • Utilize CI/CD pipeline integrations and explore automation frameworks or Tosca (if applicable).
  • Support efforts to improve automation readiness or test efficiency.
