Job Description

• Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a QA team of 6+ members, providing guidance, mentoring, and performance management.
  • Plan, organize, and conduct Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily standups, refinement sessions, and retrospectives.
  • Develop and implement effective Test Strategies and Test Management practices for Salesforce, ServiceMax, CRM, and web-based applications.
  • Oversee the complete testing lifecycle including requirement analysis, test planning, test case design, reviews, and execution.
  • Manage defect lifecycle by coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution.
  • Prepare and deliver high-quality test reports including Daily Status Reports, Weekly Progress Reports, and Test Closure Reports.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, business users, and development teams to ensure clarity, alignment, and smooth project execution.
  • Ensure adherence to QA processes, testing standards, and best practices throughout the project.
  • Work hands-on with Azure DevOps for test execution, defect tracking, and CI/CD coordination (preferable).
  • Drive continuous improvement of testing processes, automation readiness, and team productivity.
