Job Description

• Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive test strategies, test plans, and testing approaches for projects.
  • Review requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to ensure they are complete and testable.
  • Estimate testing efforts based on feature documents, stories, and business requirements.
  • Design, review, and execute detailed test cases and test procedures.
  • Capture, track, and report QA metrics, KPIs, and overall test progress.
  • Lead the testing team (5?10 members), provide guidance, resolve queries, and monitor execution.
  • Execute test suites across web applications, multiple browsers, and backend environments.
  • Identify, log, track, and report defects clearly using JIRA or Azure DevOps.
  • Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure timely defect resolution.
  • Prepare test summary reports showing status, issues, risks, and key observations.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood.
  • Develop high-quality test suites based on collaboration with product and development teams.
  • Maintain testing-related documentation and support continuous process improvements.
  • Participate in discussions to improve testability, quality, and delivery timelines.
  • Assist in building test-driven development practices and support continuous integration.
  • Respond to customer-reported incidents and ensure timely issue resolution.
  • Preferred experience in SAP or Salesforce domain for better handling of functional scenarios.
