- Required Skills and Responsibilities
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, or related field. 4 to 6 years of experience in UI/UX design, with at least 12 years working on MES platforms.
- Proficiency in design tools: Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, responsive design, and accessibility standards.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes and industrial automation is highly desirable.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, operations) to gather and analyze user requirements specific to manufacturing environments.
- Design and prototype user interfaces for TrakSYS dashboards, reports, and modules.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch. Document design standards and contribute to the development of a scalable design system. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
