  Infosys is hiring UFT Automation Testers with 3+ years of experience to join our dynamic testing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in UFT (Unified Functional Testing), strong analytical skills, and a passion for ensuring software quality through automation excellence.

  Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using UFT/QTP for functional and regression testing.

  • Analyze business and system requirements to determine testing needs and create detailed test cases.

  • Perform test execution, defect logging, and root cause analysis to ensure high-quality deliverables.

  • Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and other QA team members to ensure comprehensive test coverage.

  • Contribute to framework enhancement, test optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to estimation, planning, and process improvements.

  • Support troubleshooting, debugging, and maintenance of automation scripts across various environments.

  • Ensure alignment with organizational quality standards and best practices.

  Key Skills:

  • Mandatory Skills: UFT Automation Testing

  • Hands-on experience with VBScript, ALM, and Test Automation Frameworks.

  • Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Defect Management Processes.

  • Ability to integrate UFT with CI/CD tools and test management systems.

  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in cross-functional teams.

  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and automation strategy implementation.
