- Proficient in PowerShell for identity management tasks.
- Mandatory Tech Stack: Windows Server AD (2012?2019), Azure AD Premium P1/P2, Azure AD Connect, Cloud Sync, Hybrid Join, Quest Migration Manager, PowerShell, Conditional Access, MFA, SSPR, PIM, DHCP, DFS, Print Services
- Familiarity with Quest Migration Manager for Azure AD migrations.
- Execute user lifecycle tasks: provisioning, group membership changes, and password resets in AD and Azure AD.
- Monitor AD replication, DNS health, and basic Azure AD Connect sync issues.
- Enforce MFA, SSPR, and Conditional Access policies via the Azure portal.
- Assist with Azure AD tenant-to-tenant migrations of users and groups using Quest Migration Manager.
- Document changes in ServiceNow and maintain CMDB records.
- Good to have: M365 & Intune exposure.
