Key Responsibilities:

Incident & Request Management: Respond promptly to service tickets, ensuring timely resolution within defined SLAs.

System Administration: Install, configure, and maintain Windows servers, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and other core services.

Backup & Recovery: Implement regular backup procedures and ensure data integrity through effective recovery strategies.

Monitoring & Optimization: Utilize tools like SCOM or PRTG to monitor system performance and address potential issues proactively.

Collaboration: Work closely with on-site teams and third-party vendors to resolve complex issues and ensure seamless service delivery.

SLA Adherence: Achieve 100% compliance with defined SLAs for incident and request resolution.

Required Skills & Knowledge

Technical Expertise:

Proficiency in administering Windows Server environments (2008/2012/2016/2019).

Experience with virtualization platforms like VMware or Hyper-V.

Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.

Knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and other core services.

Tools & Scripting:

Experience with monitoring tools like SCOM or PRTG.

Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell for automation tasks.

Process & Frameworks:

Understanding of ITIL frameworks for incident, problem, and change management.

Ability to perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
