Job Description

  • Responsibilities:
    • Respond to client service requests promptly and provide quality technical solutions.
    • Monitor and maintain client systems, servers, networks, and infrastructure.
    • Analyze and resolve hardware, software, and network issues within defined SLAs.
    • Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues and create preventive action plans.
    • Install, configure, and maintain software and hardware based on client needs.
    • Provide application and user access management as per client requirements.
    • Track service tickets from initiation to resolution, ensuring timely closure.
    • Maintain regular data and log backups to ensure system reliability.
    • Coordinate with on-site or remote teams for complex problem resolution.
    • Review automated (Chat Bot) logs and ensure timely issue resolution.
    • Ensure 100% adherence to timelines and zero customer escalations.
