Job Description:
As part of the Infosys Consulting Team, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality, value-added solutions across various phases of the project lifecycle?from problem definition to deployment. You will collaborate with clients and internal teams to analyze requirements, explore alternatives, and develop innovative solutions leveraging BPM technologies such as Appian and IBM BPM.
Key Responsibilities:

Actively support consulting teams across project phases including problem definition, effort estimation, diagnosis, solution generation, and deployment.

Conduct research, evaluate alternatives, and create proofs of concept (POCs) for solution recommendations.

Convert business needs into requirement specifications, define to-be processes, and create detailed functional designs.

Configure solution requirements, identify and diagnose issues, and evaluate alternative solutions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives aimed at delivering innovative and impactful business solutions.
Additional Responsibilities:

Work closely with clients to identify business challenges and refine, analyze, and structure relevant data.

Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends.

Apply logical thinking and problem-solving skills in team settings.

Assess current business processes, identify areas for improvement, and propose technology-driven solutions.

Possess domain knowledge in one or two industry sectors.

Preferred Skills:

Hands-on experience with Appian BPM tools.

Familiarity with workflow automation, process modeling, and digital process transformation.

Understanding of Agile methodologies is a plus.
