- Design and develop applications to meet business process and application requirements.
- Ensure the smooth functioning of the IT operations management system.
- Provide technical guidance and support to the development team.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in application design.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to application design and functionality.
Professional & Technical Skills:Must-Have Skills:- Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Operations Management.
- Strong understanding of IT operations management principles and best practices.
- Experience in designing and developing applications using the ServiceNow platform.
- Knowledge of IT service management processes and frameworks.
- Experience with IT operations management tools and technologies.
- Good-to-Have Skills:
- Experience with cloud migration and implementation.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Operations Management.
- This position is based at our Bhubaneswar office.
- A 15 years full-time education is required.
