• Job Description:

  As an Application Designer, you will assist in defining requirements and designing applications tailored to meet business process and application needs, specifically within the Workforce Management domain using Kronos/UKG platforms. Your role includes supporting project delivery, performing configuration, and contributing to testing and deployment.

  Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with project teams and client stakeholders to support delivery.

  • Maintain and configure Kronos modules (Timekeeping, Accruals, Scheduler, Attendance).

  • Support functional testing, integration testing, and UAT.

  • Assist customers during testing, go-live, and handover phases.

  • Provide mentorship to junior team members.

  • Participate in test automation and/or manual testing within the UKG platform.

  Technical Skills (Must Have):

  • 2?4 years of experience in Workforce Management domain.

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in Workforce Dimensions (WFD).

  • Functional expertise in:

    • Timekeeping

    • Accruals

    • Basic Scheduler

    • Attendance/Activities

  • Experience in:

    • Business Structure Setup

    • Labor Category Setup

  • SQL reporting skills.

  • Exposure to WIM Integrations.

  Technical Skills (Good to Have):

  • Knowledge of:

    • Tiles Setup and Display Profiles Setup

    • Data Views Setup

    • Managing CRT Tables

    • Dell Boomi integration

  • Experience building custom reports using BIRT tool.
