Job Description:
As an Application Designer, you will assist in defining requirements and designing applications tailored to meet business process and application needs, specifically within the Workforce Management domain using Kronos/UKG platforms. Your role includes supporting project delivery, performing configuration, and contributing to testing and deployment.
Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with project teams and client stakeholders to support delivery.

Maintain and configure Kronos modules (Timekeeping, Accruals, Scheduler, Attendance).

Support functional testing, integration testing, and UAT.
-
Assist customers during testing, go-live, and handover phases.
-
Provide mentorship to junior team members.
-
Participate in test automation and/or manual testing within the UKG platform.
Technical Skills (Must Have):
-
2?4 years of experience in Workforce Management domain.

2+ years of hands-on experience in Workforce Dimensions (WFD).

Functional expertise in:

Timekeeping
-
Accruals
-
Basic Scheduler
-
Attendance/Activities
-

Experience in:

Business Structure Setup
-
Labor Category Setup
-

SQL reporting skills.

Exposure to WIM Integrations.

Tiles Setup and Display Profiles Setup

Data Views Setup

Managing CRT Tables

Dell Boomi integration

Experience building custom reports using BIRT tool.
