    As an Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications that align with business processes and requirements. Your work will enhance operational efficiency and support business growth through smart application design and development.

    Roles & Responsibilities:

    • Independently deliver development tasks and grow into a Subject Matter Expert (SME).

    • Actively participate in team discussions and provide valuable contributions.

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze project requirements.

    • Design, develop, and implement solutions using Adobe Campaign Classic.

    • Conduct code reviews and provide constructive technical feedback.

    • Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure high performance and reliability.

    • Stay informed on emerging technologies and trends to propose improvements.

    • Contribute to problem-solving and continuous enhancement of development processes.

    Must-Have Skills:

    • Proficiency in Adobe Campaign Classic

    • Strong understanding of database management systems

    • Experience in developing and implementing marketing automation campaigns

    • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for front-end development

    • Hands-on experience with API integrations and web services

    Good to Have Skills:

    • Knowledge of NAM domain or similar business context
