• Job Description:

  As an Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will work closely with stakeholders to deliver efficient, scalable, and customized ServiceNow solutions, primarily within IT Service Management (ITSM) and optionally in IT Operations Management (ITOM).

  Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

  • Design and develop ServiceNow applications, workflows, and modules tailored to business needs.

  • Customize and configure ServiceNow ITSM applications.

  • Conduct unit testing, debugging, and performance tuning.

  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow platforms.

  • Stay informed on the latest ServiceNow updates and industry trends.

  • Contribute to internal discussions and solutions for technical challenges.

  • Assist in mentoring junior team members and fostering a collaborative environment.

  Technical & Professional Skills:

  Must Have:

  • Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM)

  • Strong understanding of ITSM principles and ITIL frameworks

  • Experience with ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide)

  • Ability to design and implement complex workflows and business rules

  Good to Have:

  • Experience with ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM)

  • Familiarity with GRC or IT Asset Management (ITAM) modules

  • Experience in integrating ServiceNow with external systems
