  We are looking for a skilled Application Developer with experience in Oracle Flexcube Core Banking to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring banking applications to meet complex business process and technical requirements. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, contribute to system enhancements, and ensure the performance, usability, and reliability of applications throughout the development lifecycle. You will also take part in the testing, debugging, and documentation phases of application development to ensure high-quality deliverables.

  Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop application features based on business and technical specifications.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement core banking enhancements and customizations.

  • Participate in all phases of the SDLC including requirement analysis, coding, testing, and deployment.

  • Create and execute test cases to validate functionality and identify potential issues.

  • Perform regression and functional testing to ensure consistent performance.

  • Track, document, and resolve application issues using defect management tools.

  • Provide regular progress updates to project stakeholders and contribute to continuous improvement in development and testing methodologies.

  Must-Have Skills:

  • Oracle Flexcube Core Banking (Experience in modules like Lending, Trade, Fees, Agency, Facilities, Payments).

  • Strong understanding of core banking systems and architecture.

  • Hands-on experience in software development, debugging, and version control tools.

  • Familiarity with software testing methodologies and lifecycle.

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  Good to Have Skills:

  • Experience in API integrations or Flexcube customizations.

  • Knowledge of SQL and performance tuning.

  • Experience with defect tracking tools like JIRA or HP ALM.
