Job Description:

Application Developers are responsible for developing, testing, and integrating applications, frameworks, and tools within controlled environments. With specialized expertise in specific technology environments, they handle software-specific design, realization, testing, deployment, release management, and technical application management of client-specific package-based solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Application Development & Management:
- Develop, test, and integrate applications, frameworks, and tools in controlled environments
- Handle software-specific design and realization processes
- Manage testing, deployment, and release management workflows
- Oversee technical application management of client-specific package-based solutions
- Ensure applications function as intended according to business requirements
Leadership & Collaboration:
- Represent development team in project meetings and stakeholder discussions
- Collaborate with business analysts, functional analysts, and software solution architects
- Supervise, mentor, and manage large teams of programmers across one or more projects
- Provide technical guidance and leadership to development teams
- Ensure team productivity and project delivery standards
Quality Assurance & Integration:
- Ensure programs and systems function as intended through comprehensive testing
- Oversee integration processes and compatibility across systems
- Manage release cycles and deployment procedures
- Maintain code quality and development standards
