  The Application Development Professional is responsible for maintaining, integrating, and implementing software applications within the organization. With limited supervision, this role handles moderately complex software application testing, quality assurance, configuration, installation, and support to ensure the smooth, stable, and timely implementation of new software and updates.

  Key Responsibilities:

  • Application Configuration Management
    Set up and maintain application configurations to meet user and business requirements. Recommend improvements to moderately complex application support processes and procedures.

  • Application Development & Deployment
    Perform programming, configuration, testing, and deployment of patches, fixes, or updates for software version releases.

  • User Communication & Support
    Maintain clear communication with users and respond to standard and moderately complex support requests.

  • Application Support
    Handle advanced and complex support activities to meet business outcomes and minimize disruption.

  • Stakeholder Management
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and business partners to align application configurations with project and business objectives.

  • Incident & Request Management
    Review, analyze, prioritize, and respond to incoming incident tickets and user service requests.

  • Vendor Management
    Maintain productive relationships with software vendors and assist in negotiating contracts and managing third-party application solutions.
