  We are looking for a skilled Power Automate RPA Developer to interact with business stakeholders, assess automation requirements, and implement intelligent workflows using Power Automate. You will play a key role in prototyping matching rules, configuring reconciliation logic, and ensuring seamless automation delivery. The role also includes designing, testing, and integrating automation solutions to enhance operational efficiency.

  Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Interact with business/client stakeholders to gather and assess process automation requirements.

  • Design, prototype, and implement matching rules for reconciliations.

  • Configure and implement automated workflows using Power Automate.

  • Develop and integrate process modules to deliver scalable RPA solutions.

  • Design and implement test strategies for integrated Power Automate workflows.

  • Conduct analysis and ensure automated workflows meet business requirements.

  • Assess business processes rigorously to evaluate automation feasibility.

  • Lead UAT sessions, demos, and playbacks independently with client teams.

  • Ensure proper usage of RPA elements like Assets, Queues, and related features.

  • Keep up to date with trends in the RPA landscape and best practices.

  Required Technical & Professional Skills:

  • Hands-on experience with Power Automate workflow design and configuration.

  • Proficient in designing test strategies and performing testing/debugging.

  • Strong understanding of Assets, Queues, and Power Automate components.

  • Ability to assess automation feasibility for business processes.

  • Good communication skills and ability to lead client-facing sessions.

  • Experience working with RPA products, automation modules, and workflows.

  Preferred Skills:

  • Experience integrating modules developed by junior developers.

  • Exposure to end-to-end automation architecture design.

  • Familiarity with automation testing strategies and debugging techniques.

  • Hands-on with low-code automation, Microsoft Power Platform, or similar RPA tools.
